The movie start with a exactly selection from very old scriptures of Rig Veda that says, “Make me eternal in that kingdom, where all needs and desire go”.With that beginning, Siddharth The Prisoner try to discover the subject of rejection of desire as the true way to clarification and freedom. But with that, possibly you are also believed to discard any desire of cinematic satisfaction from the film, as it offers none.After released from prison, Siddharth Roy , a once well-known writer, whole a new script. He re connect with the external world, hopeful that the new book will re-establish his status and also settle him with his separated wife, Maya. Luck has other plans for Roy, when his suitcase gets replace at a cyber cafe with a similar suitcase have a large sum of money. Roy looses the only one copy of his new script, while Mohan, the cyber cafe manager, comes under stress from gang bosses to get back the lost money.
With a different idea, ‘Siddhath The Prisoner’ is likely to be one of the most informative story of 2009. As for the remainder, all we can say that is wait and watch!Based on the very old text of the Rig Veda, the film discover the subject of rejection as the true way to clarification and freedom.The background score by Sagar Desai is more effective. Rajat Kapoor plays his part fine and Sachin Nayak fits his character. Pradip Sagar as the assailant, however, is theatrical.
