Bade Dilwala’ is a story of an honest, soft-spoken, and compassionate cop (Sunil Shetty) whose wife (Archana Puran Singh) does not approve of his honesty. His wife Manthara is obsessed with money and neglects her family in pursuit of getting rich quick.She forces Ram to buy a lottery ticket and he obliges.One day while having soft drinks at a cafe, he does not have enough change for the waitress, Piya (Priya Gill), and quite embarassed by this, he promises to share the proceeds of a lottery with her if he wins.The story takes a turn when the husband wins a lottery and decides to part with the fifty percent of the amount to a waitress (Priya Gill) at a restaurant. In the meantime, the wife gets carried away by a conman, who asks her to make a film with the lottery money. The husband and his daughter are drawn towards the waitress, while the wife is alienated from them in her efforts to grow rich. In the end, the husband and the waitress are united after a courtroom drama.
