‘No Entry’ is a comic tale of ‘3 Patis, 3 Patnis aur 1 Woh’ !.A rip-roaring non-stop laughter ride about three couples whose lives never remain the same after an ‘entry’ of a bombshell in their lives, ‘No Entry’ written and directed by Anees Bazmee [Pyaar To Hona Hi Tha, Deewangee] promises to be a mass entertainer all the way.
The film is about three distinct characters - Prem (Salman Khan), a married womaniser, Kishan (Anil Kapoor) and his employee, Sunny (Fardeen Khan).Prem plays the part that he is best at - a flirtatious man with an innocent face who walks away with a murder.Even if that means that he never fails to eat a forbidden fruit time and again inspite of the presence of a lovely, faithful and devoted wife Pooja [Esha Deol] at home. Pooja, who trusts her husband regardless of the reputation surrounding him and is mature enough to understand the difference between flirting and getting serious.

Kishan the owner of the sunrise publication is married to Kajal (Lara Dutta) who is convinced that her husband has a relationship otside marriage and is cheating on her.A traditional ’salwar-kameez’ clad wife whose inner and outside beauty is never fully realized to its full potential by her husband, she is constantly suspicious about his antics outside the four walls of the house. And all this when Kishen is completely loyal to her.Loyal - till the time a temptress enters his life!!Frustrated with her temperament, Prem introduces Kishan to the forbidden fruit - Bobby (Bipasha Basu), a club dancer!

Sunny [Fardeen Khan] is a young photographer in his mid-twenties who loves Sanjana [Celina Jaitley], his sexy fiancee with all his heart and is about to get married with her. But if love stories were ever so simple? Because very soon his mentor Kishen pulls him into his hassled life to help himself be bailed out of the mess!Now from here the actual story begins.Their friend prem keep them in different difficult situations that they just survive coincidentally from their wives.But when Kishan and sunny goes to the celebrate honeymoon in moresis,coincidentally both of them stays in the same hotel.

After few days their wives came to know about the outside relationship of their husband.Meanwhile they send these two guy a divorce notice.Looking at the divorce they call prem the source of their problem to help.But Prem who came to help his friends too falls in the divorce case.After loosing all their hopes they realises their mistakes and goes to their wives to say sorry.But prem who had gone to the sucide point for duplicte sucide to get a forgive from pooja.What happens forms the rest of the story.
